We started using the gift basket program for each weekly guest this season (Summer 2005). We found that the basket was appreciated, and that when we called to follow up and see if the guests had any needs or problems a day or two after checking in, the basket was welcomed - and a surprise. The baskets really seemed to help the guests settle in, and they were more likely to be unconcerned about the little snafus like a clogged tub. Our calls also seemed to make the guests happy, and they were able to
get the little things fixed quickly.

They asked me about the person the basket was intended for and created something that was perfect for her. They designed a "basket" using a beautiful hat box and then filled it with items that the recipient absolutely loved!

Even though I was not familiar with them, I ordered a Get Well basket for my daughter in Arizona since I did not have time to shop & mail it myself. Emerald Isle Baskets delivered a Birthday Cake, balloons, streamers and the birthday works to my Grandson, Jason. I live out of state and could not be at the birthday party so when I found this service on their website I called and had it delivered. My grandson lives near Emerald Isle so they delivered free of charge the next day. Their service was reasonably priced and efficient.
